My long term goals are to always be ready to run a half marathon. Main long term goal is to keep running until I'm really old!

Personal:

Grew up in Idaho Falls.  Live in San Diego for 14 yrs; being a stay at home mom.  Loved being able to go to the gym and running along the beach. Now, back in IF. Life is good!

Happily married to Marlin Ordway - 4 grown children.

Father was an inspiration throughout my childhood.  He ran before running became popular.  Many great memories  running races with him.

Boy, I almost didn't make it to they gym today.  Ended up just running alittle late, not to bad tho.  Ran 7 miles with a zillion small intervals. 

I'm starting to work on a project at work to try and get the employees into a 5k or 10k in May.  Trying to pull it together in the next week and a half to launch it to the employee's. I'm working with someone in our Northern Idaho site that does the Ironman there.  We're hoping to make it a competition between our three sites - the other is in Colorado.   We're got some pretty unfit people at work so I'm trying to think of how to get them motivated and out of their comfort zone.  I'm going to start with finding a beginning training program so they have something to follow.  Hopefully this thing goes well.

Alittle tired today, but did the usual 7.  I've been trying to get more in a training mode so I think I'll try and go back to the gym after work.  I can't believe all the people doing 2 a day workout's.  I just want to make sure and stretch, some weights and possibly some type of cardo again.   Saw Curt and Marlin as soon as I got there.  Happy Monday!

Went back to the gym after work.  Ended up doing yoga and stretched.  It sure is nice doing something else.  I guess maybe not that many people are doing two a day.
